Irctc — Payment deducted but the ticket not issued

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked ticket to return from SHIMOGA TOWN to BANGALORE ( SBC ) on 14th June 2010. While in booking, the payment is deducted from my ANDRA BANK DEBIT CARD, but the ticket is not reserved. The browser redirected me to " REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes& "

Please let me know what I should do to get my ticket?
