[Resolved]  Irctc — money debited but Ticket not generated

hello,
i tried to book a tathkal ticket for train prashanthi express from bangalore city to eluru town..after entering the bank details of andhra bank i got as "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&"...i didnt get any ticket generated..the amount was debited...

please respond me how i can get back my money to my bank account..

I have a customer of IRCTC in everyday booked a ticket by online. My complaint is past failure transfer amount is not refunded or not generated in my account. My fully transfer in the SBI gateway, account No: [protected]. this following

Settlement failed amount:
Transaction ID: [protected] - Refund amount is RS 310
Transaction ID: [protected] - Refund amount is RS 610
Transaction ID: [protected] - Refund amount is RS 385
Transaction ID: [protected] - Refund amount is RS 385
the above transaction failed amount is refunded in my account
please respond me how i can get back my money to my bank account..

Indian Railways — ticket not generated money debited

I booked a 2 ac ticket from mumbai to delhi at 11 30 today thru net banking .the money got debited from my account and ticket or pnr not generated .web page expired and re login also not hapenning.pl help
