I booked an e- ticket on 31.5.2014 for travel by Train No.11021 on 5.6.2014 ex Hosur to Madurai under PNR [protected] for two adults. Unfortunately it not visible in the booking history which results inability to cancel the same ticket. Moreover there is no other facilities available in IRCTC web site. Please help me
