[Resolved]  Irctc — Amount debited two times while reserve the train ticket

Hello sir
I am senthil kumar from vellore. I was booked a train ticket through internet to IRTC the train ticket was booked one time on[protected] but the payment was debited in two times in my account .
At that time session expired after making payment the computerscreen freezed. I checked my SBI account transactions and I have seen a payment of Rs. 633/- is debited in two times from my account. However when I saw in booked histroy of ticket one ticket alloted to me but the payment was deducted tow times in my account.
Please refund the excess payment of Rs.633/- to my account without delay.

Requintment is not fulfilling the regarding birth. when i booked the ticket from Irctc i chose for lower birth. but they gives us two upperbirth.
Dear Sir,
1)We are daily commuters from Dahanu Road to Churchgate. The work for Local trains at our place is carried under MRVC; But it seem that the staff at our place are not keen on Safety of the passengers and others people.Because all the material is lying here and there and no barrier for safety is used by the contarctor why? The Authorities are blind folded think so. There is no arrengement for ligths in the dark because the foot bridge is used by many peoples for daily commuting from East to West n(viseversa).
2) There is no annoucement for any trains through or locals at the station(Dahanu Road).
3) There is no proper arrange of Toilet cleaning at Borivli station Platform no:4. it stinks very badly. But the Authority is not keen to solve the problem of commuters.
4)The TC's are not Polite in way for asking Tickets and Passes in Sayaji Express. The Manners has to be taugth to them while asking for a Ticket or Pass from the Passengers.
how can i book my train tickets through net use.
main 13 june 2009 ko tirupati-bilaspur holy day special train 741 se bilaspur aa raha tha to S 7 coach ka fan & light nahi jal raha tha. Train jab manikgarh station main 12:30PM se 02:30PM tak bich line main rok kar rakha gaya waha par khane aur pani tak nahi mila express train ko rok kar passinger train ko pass kiya gaya uske bad 11:45PM ko bilaspur aane wali train 05:00AM ko bilaspur pahuchi is train ko jagah jagah jabaran passinger train ko pass karne ke liye rok diya jata tha. Is karan se hum logo ko bahut adhik musibet ka samna karna pada hamare saath 7 saal ka bimar balak bhi tha. Is karan hamara pura money vapas kiya jave.
