I have booked through tickets in online and it failed to finish the process and my ticket have not booked. Money has been debited from my account through the transaction ID [protected] and[protected] respectively. There were two tickets have not been booked. As i know that the IRCTC use to refund the amount within 2-4 working days, i am waiting for the past 1 week and still the amount has not been credited to my account.
