I send this mail as so0n as i get error . After 2 days IRCTC cancelled the ticket and refunded only 25% and none of my mistake they penalise me.
We need to take up jointly against IRCTC -Tatkal scheme . They literally cheat the consumers.

Today i have been facing lot of issues in booking for tatkal
booking. First time it is debited my ICICI Debit account vide transactionid -[protected] and checked the booked tickets. Since i could n't see any thing i retried again -my account debited vide transaction id -[protected] and again i got error called "servie
unavailable"
I spoke the IRCTC helpline and explained the issue and they asked me to retry after sometime. Finally i tried and i got reservation slip vide transaction id -[protected] and ticket also confirmed. after taking print out when i check booked tickets, i could see 2 tickets in booked tickets for the same train & for same persons Pl cancel the ticket [protected] and refund to my account the full amount and also refund the money for failed tranaction [protected] This problem due to IRCTC web service issue only, hence pl cancel and refund the full amount immediatley.None of my mistake, IRCTC should n't penalise me.Pl refund

What the procedure to change the Age in the ticket, the mistake happened when i booked the talkal ticket... kindly advice me how to change the age in the ticket... your server is so pathetic it always shows service unavailable, we would have tried 100 times to book the talkal ticket, that is why so many mistakes happen kindly advice
