This is regarding PNR numbers [protected] & [protected]. I have spoken to them regarding this refund several times but nobody cares. Coz, who is bothered, its the customers money and not their money. The ticket was cancelled on 02-JUN-2009 and you could just see that till date the department is not bothered to refund the amount. The only problem was that the bank account through which it was booked was closed and this is already in the knowledge of IRCTC. However, I also have all the mail documents which IRCTC had confirmed that the same money would be refunded through cheque, but this was again around 2 months back, again who is bothered...I am just fed up of calling them and mailing them.

What happens if a person wants to cancel a ticket, but the bank account for online transaction is closed at the time of refund.Where will he money go then??
Any one here with such experience?Whats the resolution?
