I purchased a kingfisher drinking water bottel from the IRCTC station stall and when i drank it, it tasted different. Then i noticed that the bottel that they were selling is a refilled one. I lauged a complaint with the station master about it.I had registered a complain dated 03/02/09 at cst station in the name of Bipin S. Lalan. But i think the station master is also involed in it thats why even after registering the complain no action has been taken against him. Thats why today i seek help from www.consumercomplaints.in so that they can do something about it. I also got ill after drinking that water and thats why also expect a compensation for the same for which they can contact me on 9819981055. I have all proofs including the platform ticket and the wriiten complain that say's that even the station master caught this stall person red handed.
Please take action against this as soon as possible if possible cancell that stall's licence for doing something like this because still today he does the same thing and has not changed.
