refund of failed transaction in irctc online booking : i booked two tickets using mu SBI debit card from varanasi (MGS) to chennai egmore(MS) in GAYA express train no :2389 on 23.12.2009 . After making the payment i got message session expired.I checked my sbi debit card bank transactions and I can see a payment of Rs 1063/- made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made. transaction id :([protected] and [protected] ) And another one is agra cant(AGC) to delhi (NZM) trans id:( [protected] ) amount Rs 295. i booked two tickets using mu SBI INTERNET BANKING from BANGALORE(SBC) to BHADRAVATHI(BDVT) in SHIMOGA express train no :6227 on 24.12.2009 .
After making the payment i got message session expired.I checked my ACCOUNT transactions and I can see a payment of Rs 150/- made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made. transaction id :([protected] )
