Irctc — Refund of E-Tikcet booked on IRCTC

Refund for PNR No [protected], I have been following up with IRCTC since May 2006. It is very frustrating . How can they my money for years, help desk people say it some times takes years.

Due to the train running late for more than 12 hrs, we decided to cancel our trip.
So we request you to cancel all our tickets and refund the money.
