Irctc — Non-Refund Of Amount

I have buy two ticket of 3AC sarhind Baroni Exp[protected] thursday from NDLS to BE and one ticket MB to BE since the train have 14.00 hours late from NDLS therefore I have bruoght two ticket of kV exp by cash & take up Journey . when io reached to bareilly i cancelled the ticket from cyber cafe but the ticket money not to transfer my a/c so please transfer the money

Sir,
1. I had a confirmed reservation in train No. 2653 (samparkranti Exp) on 29 Nov 08 in I AC from Kochuveli to Vadodara with PNR No. [protected]. However due to non availability of room, (AC coach become unserviceable at departure station) I was provided accommodation in II AC coach.
2. On arrival at Vadodara I approached the Station Master for refund of excess money paid. He directed me to write in the following address with the Form of Certificate Granting Refund issued by the TTE.

3. My applicatio was received by this office on 05 Dec 08(acknoledgement proof available).
Second letter enclosing the Acknowledgement was send on 15 Jun 09.
4. Till date neither any replay to my letter nor any correspondence in this effect received from any office. Request advice the course of action and which agency (address) to be contacted for getting my refund with interest.

IRCTC — non refund of amount

MY NAME IS DILLIP KUMAR MOHAPATRA, C/O RANJAN PARIJA, AT SIDHAMAHAVIR PATNA, PURI-2 ORISSA-752002, MOBILE NO [protected],[protected],[protected] & [protected].
MY COMPLAIN IS AS UNDER.
SIR I had BOOKED A RAIL TICKET in favour of my ralative namely AMAL BISWAS of RS 487/- to travel on sealadha express on 01/10/09. the amount was deducted from my credit card and ticket was made print (transaction id as [protected]) THROUGH LOGIN IRCTC (MY USER ID AS manju110) on 06/08/09. while MY RELATIVE ascended on the said train he was fined RS 700/- byTTE and was told by the TTE that that irctc ticket was not valid as the amount was not received from concerned bank. in this connection I ASKED TO BANK whether the amount was deducted from my account for the above booked ticket or other wise and I was replied that RS 487/- has been deducted from your account for booking the said ticket.although the said amount deducted from my account but the ticket was invalid. keeping in view of above take action accordingly so that i can able to refund the said amount. in this connection I had lodged complain to irctc through net but reply was not given to me yet. plz take n/a. thaking you with courteous recognition.

Hi

I have cancelled a flight ticket on 1st August 2012 booked on IRCTC under flights section. The transaction ID for the flight booking is [protected].
But still I am not refunded the respective amount. Now every time I enquire IRCTC helpline they tell me to wait 3-8 working days. I am not able to configure what is the problem.

Please take suitable steps.
