[Resolved]  Irctc — Cancelled Refund not enough

Sir Kindly refer the above Transaction and the attachment of TDR
i am not satisfied with the Refund as per the TDR attached herewith .Rs 554.00 were charged for 4 passengers Two passengers were not able to travel because train was more than 3 hrs late.Why only Rs.137 have been refunded? This should have been more as the train was more than 3 hrs late .

PNR no.[protected]. I had taken ticket vasai road to Ahmedabad on 04/06/2012 & extansion ticket Ahmedabad to Viramgam 05/06/2012 on 2 hrs.difference. But Vasai road to Ahmedabad (Train no.09420) is 3.15 hrs. late then Ahmedabad to Viramgam (Train no.12971) is missed. So I have file TDR on 07062012. But you have refund 50% amount . Why? I gave my pending 50% amount refund as soon as early.

I cancelled my e-ticket on 29/8/2012. I want to know when it will refunded, because when I check the status it shows refund status not available. Please clarify and let me know when it wil refunded. I have attached my ticket details which I cancelled.
