[Resolved]  IRCTC.co.in — DIDN'T GET MY REFUND MONEY FOR CANCELLED TICKETS

DEAR SIR,
I HAD PURCHASED A TICKET ON E TICKET through the website of IRCTC.CO.IN WHICH HAS THE PNR NO[protected] TICKET WAS BOOKED IN THE NAME LOMESH .G.PAREKH, AND PURVI.L.PAREKH, 14/12/2008, BOOKED ON[protected].WHICH has the transaction no I [protected] AND THE TRAIN NO OF WHICH IS 6613, COIMBATORE EXPRESS .i WAS UNABLE TO BOARD THE TRAIN BECAUSE OF NON AVAILABILITY AND NO ROOM FOR TRAVEL (WL ).SO I HAD TO CANCEL THE TICKETS SO I HAD FILED A TDR IN THIS REGARDS ON THE DAY SO AFTER THAT UNTIL NOW I HAVENT GOT MY REFUND MONEY RS.2756/-=1378*2) for 2 tickets
until now i havent got my refund money they said they will refund in 90days its already 8months have gone that is 240days have gone they send me a reply that the NJC NOT INCLUDED THAT WAS NOT MENTIONED TO ME WHEN I HAD TO LEAVE THE TRAIN NEITHER THE T.T ASKED ME TO SUBMIT THIS AFTER SAY ABOUT 5MONTHS THEY SEND ME THIS ANSWER THAT

I EVEN HAD TO NEXT DAYS FLIGHT BECAUSE I COULDN'T BOARD THE TRAIN .THE FLIGHT TICKETS ITINERARY I HAVED IT WITH ME SAVED WHICH I CAN REPRODUCE TO YOU IF REQUIRED AS A PROOF THAT I HAD TO LEAVE THE TRAIN N FLY THE NEXT DAY
PLZ PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL I CANSEND U ALIST OF EMAIL COPIES WHICH I HAD SENT TO IRCTC CO PLZ I[censored]WANT I CAN SEND THEM TO U .

plz send me the booked and cancelled ticket details for dated 14july 2009 and dated16july2009 and dated 27july2009 because I have received wrong bill from my GE Money card co.
