Irctc — Rgdg mobile verification password | |||
HI, on 26th May 2011,I was asked to update my profile in IRCTC and I updated my mobile no. As a result,I got email verification password,but didnot get my mobile verification password from the past 5 days.I have been constantly mailing to [protected]@irctc.co.in and calling customer care[protected]. There's no proper response from IRCTC customer care..they keep saying that they'll reply with in 24 hrs..but nothing has happened so far.I have to cancel few tickets ..what do I do? First of all,why is this profile updation page introduced with out proper testing of the software,causing inconvenience to customers..? Please do look into this ..
