Request for permanently deleting my account
I had created an account years ago with the USER ID - deep123999 with the email id - [protected]@gmail.com. Now I dont remember my password, answer to security question and the mobile number I was using at that time.

Hence, I request you to either delete my account or reactivate it and give me password, mobile and security question details so that I can update the same.

Please treat it on an urgent basis as I am not able to book tickets online as I am not able to create a new account because my email id is registered with the earlier irctc account and facing a lot of difficulty because of it.
