[Resolved] Irctc — Ticket not booked and amount deducted from account | |||
I tried to book an e ticket in irctc. Everything went fine, but after giving the bank details and confirming, the next page came blank and even after 15-20 minutes, it did not show anything. I tried again and this time, when i specified the bank details i noticed that the money for the previous transaction has already been deducted. This time also i faced the same problem. Thus 2 times , my money has been deducted from account without ticket booking. How would i get a refund back ? Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased e-ticket in reference to transaction ID [protected] on 17th April, 2010. for sleeper class ticket from HOWRAH JN (HWH) to VADODARA JN.(BRC) Train Number 2938. Train Name HWH GIMB EXP. for dated 19th April, 2010.boarding at (HWH) Resurvation upto (BRC), Date of booking 17th April, 2010. Total fare Rs.671.00p. Total amount was deducted to Rs.681.00p. from my SBI. Savings Bank Account Number [protected]. through State Bank of India ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD Number[protected].
But I did not got the ticket and, the ticket History report is shown that "PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK".
In this stage, you are hereby requested to refund my dues of Rs.681.00p. as early as possible to my aforsaid Bank Account, and confirm to me regarding your suggestions to my E-MAIL ID:[protected]@gmail.com as well as to my MOBILE NUMBER-[protected].
But I did not got the ticket and, the ticket History report is shown that "PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED FROM BANK".
