Irctc — Poor IRCTC Serves | |||
IRCTC online service for rail reservation is very very poor... It can't handle its users online; specially at 10:00 AM (Tatkal Time) ... IRCTC "must" learn from GOOGLE who handles users all over the world with no delay... I tried to book tatkal ticket (availability: 154 tkts); i succeeded till payment (amount deducted from my account) but after that BOOOOM... Service Unavailable, hahahaha... Again i tried (availability: 94 tkts); i succeeded till make payment but then hahahahaha...... I tried 3rd time (availability: 09 tkts); i succeeded till make payment & saw waiting list 15 ....... sooo funny... i don't know how much my blood was vaporized during this rubbish "1 hour 20 mins" process ... My question is that if i paid the amount when availability was 154 then during 2nd attempt why availability was 94, it should be ZERO.
