Hello,

Today (28/05/2010) I have done an online transaction to purchase a Tatkal ticket on 2304 Poorva Exp from New Delhi to Jhajha boarding on 30/05/2010 for Mr. Abhishek. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI debit card, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

on dated i have error to booking mithapur to rajkot there is error.
i cant book my reservation ticket

horrible website but no other option to use only that.
98% service unavailable
1% blank page
.5% error
.5% u are successful

now adays they have come up with enter the image or the text both will not appear and u keep refreshing it finally it says session expired. pls upgrade the server
