Irctc — unactivate my booking I.D. | |||
I have user I.D. kul_sanjay registered with IRCTC since last 4 - 5 years . on one day I found that all booking is suspending by IRCTC with out any notice / mail /call . I have write to them first on 12 July and learn that by their mail that it was done because they found I have more than one user I.D. when I was explain that i Have only one I.D. and second I.D. is never made or used by my self. After many communication on 18 July , 20 July , 23 July and on 01 Aug. I got a reply from [protected]@irctc.co.in on 24 July and on again on 08 Aug that they have forward my case to concern deptt for final decision and same wold be inform me accordingly shortly. but till now I am awaiting their reply. Mean time I am not able to book my journey tickets on line and have to go to booking window or have to pay to agents for my tours. Please take up the matter with IRCTC on priority.
