[Resolved] IRCTC Website — unable to book ticket in IRCTC site

hi,
i'm unable to book a ticket in IRCTCT web site. when i'm providing the stations it is giving the message like " sorry no matching trains found" . but i had booked so many tickets with the same stations. please explain about that. why it is showing like that

hello,
i'm unable to book a ticket in IRCTC website.
when i uses the payment portal and click on payment with filling every require formalities, then sometime later my window show that "the page can'nt displayed", without my any mistake.
when i login again and show the ticket booked history, it show that transaction has failled but my 'BANK ACCOUNT' debited the amount.
please help me on this happening; why it is showing like that.
