The service of irctc is really bad, If the concerned people could not handle the load or could not make the error free site or atlease robust sites then I do not think why these people are in business. You can not get an excuse for blaming the server load and all those things everytime , you should think why you are using the oldest technology for these. As a software engineer I can suggest you some technology that can make you excel in your business.
Really it is painful to do a reservation on your made sit. shame on you.
If you are making a site like this then you should not treat it like a college project. But it seems you people are still at that level only.
Shame on you.
