Hi,
Whenever we tried to book tickets for south indian train through tatkal,we are not able to login to the website,For the past six months the performance is under the normal rate.Even if we go for booking the link was processing for a long time and it was displayed timeout.We have tried with many people it was not able to book even a single ticket,but ticket counts are reducing at each time we were not able to book.Could you please do the needful.
