IRCTC/Online Booking — harassment | |
i have tried to book two tickets through irctc. during process my money has been debited from my account but ticket not booked . several times i contact to customer care, finally i got the answer that my ticket has not booked. Pl. see the ID :-sks_2009 on dated 05/01/2008 If ticket has not booked, why money has been debted. what is the next step. i was harassed by nearly more than 4 hours with my money also. I have been trying booking since the last three days that since 25th Jan 09 onwards butthe web site shows technical difficulties, can I know why online booking is facing such a problem, and will it be solved.
