[Resolved]  IRCTC/Online Reservation — Debited extra money from my account

I booked three tickets on 08-Oct-2010 through internet banking using SBI accont,the ticket charges will deducted from my account.But after one day i.e. on08-Oct-2010 again Rs 10 is deducted for each ticket total Rs 30 is deducted from account showing

So kindly please refund my money as possible as and please tell me why its happen
