[Resolved]  Jaypee Aman — Biggest fraud by Jaypee for Aman Allotment

Jaypee is big fraud company. I have booked a flat in jaypee aman on 26/05/2009 my cheque was cleared and from last two month jaype is creating drama and playing with innocent people today they have planed a fraud draw at sector 62 JIIT Noida i reached at venue and find jaypee's fraud draw which jaypee planed to promote its new project there was no draw and every thing was fixed.jaypee guys asked my cheque no and try to find it in their system and told me your cheque is not entered in our list then one of jaypee guy anant advised me to meet with sandeep thaper who is actualy keyof this fraud and cheating he have checked my cheque no in his leptop and told me your cheque no is not in record then i have called ravi sharma a computer incharge in this project who have made all entries he have checked his data base and find my cheque no which is already credited in jaypee account finaly jaypee guys called me at their sector 128 office again i went there after 3-4 hrs of waiting sandeep have told me that your cheque is with jaypee but u have no alloted any unit. I wonder the management of these fraud people they have crossed all limit of fraud and cheated us i urge consumer forum to take action against this fraud company.

Dear Atul, please mention the date and the rate at which you booked the Flat. I requestall Media Channels to expose this fraud. If any one has connection with media channels/ contact nos, please take their help to expose this fraud.

Every one is requested to expose this fraud against the Public. CBI, MRTP agencies including media, Government and honourable Chief Minister o[censored].P, the Real Estate Regulator and Ministry o[censored]rban affairs must take urgent action in this regard and all those involved in this scam including Builder and the Brokers must be severely Punished before the Law.
Is this country a freee land for doing scams and frauds with no fear of law at all.

I too booked a flat on 25th of may and yet no results. they said wait for the draw. The draw was conducted today but still I have no information. My sister and one friend also have booked the flats. they have no information. Jaypee has befooled everyone. Till now I have not heard from anyone that his flat is booked. I got a call from a broker long time before the draw was conducted. he was giving confirm booking in Aman on 2250 Rs/sqft. I dont know whats happening.

I have given two cheques but none of my forms have got entry in the data base. Both my cheques have been cleared.
I have got clear picture now. Our cheques have been used to allot flats to other people, in favor of jaypee employees and favored brokers. this fraud is similar to the dda allotment and nda allotment.
This is extremely bad and there should be a strict action against such misuse of public money. We have applied first and our money has been used, but we do not have flats. This is complete misuse of public money and expectations.
The draw should have been with the cheque number and not the name. Our application forms have been replaced with the names of the favored ones. And the money used is ours.

CBI and govt should intervene to bring such misdeeds to proper

i booked a flat in AMAN, the fake project of JAY PEE.
they r doing this drama to sell other PRE-LAUNCH OF SECTOR- 134, "KOSMOS"
MY RATE WAS 2100/- and booked on27MAY 2009 AT SECTOR 151 THE SITE OF AMAN.
cheque cleared,
NO FORM NO. OR RECEIPT ISSUED BY JAY PEE.
HOW CAN THE CONDUCT THE DRAW WITHOUT NAT RECEIPT OR FORM NO.
WE ALL SHUD GO TO SEBI or CBI or CM.can we stop PRE LAUNCH of KOSMOS.

I agree we should all meet some time this Sunday at a common place and decide next action. If they recieved application more than the flats they can offer they should not have encashed our checks, Also they do not intent to give any intrest on the money.

I agree that they are making fraud as at the time of booking they had not disclosed about any lucky draw to make out allotment but now after earning interest on public money they have come out with strange logic that they will consider unsuccessful applicants under JAYPEE KOSMOS which is highly objectionable and warrants legal action against defaulers

Jaypee's draw for Aman was a big fraud. Jaypee has cheated innocent customers.
first of all, Draw was illegal process as this process wasn't declared by jaypee at booking time. Second, jaypee didn't publish the list of succesful applicants, which means nobody knows how many flats they have allocated through this illegal draw. Third, how some flats were allotted without draw of lots as confirmed by many jaypee officials. there are still too many unanswered questions e.g.
#1: Why media wasn't invited for lucky draw?
#2: Why there were heavy security arrangements made? infact, there were more policemen than customers at Draw site yesterday.
#3: Why the project was sold through dealer network only?
#4: Why list of succesful applicants isn't available on internet?

Dear customers, it is nothing but the big gimmick of Jaypee and its dealer network to sell COSMOS, another unapproved project.

let us unite together to teach them strong lession.

THE ALOTMNT LIST ON INTERNET IS NOT ACCEPTING MY CHEQUE NO. AND BANK NAME
.my cheque cleared for bank
they made list of their own
ALL CLEARED CHEQUES WERE NOT IN DRAW.

Me and my relatives booked 3 flats in JAYPEE and none o[censored]s had been alotted any flat .
Most o[censored]s had booked flats @ 2100 rs/sq ft .
After seeing the success of this project JAYPEE decided to sell flats @ higher price .
Hence they inform us that they received +6200 bookings, approximately double .
In the name of draw they sidelined most of the bookings that were made @ 2100 .
Very soon you will see these flats available in the market via dealers @ higher price .
Its time to stand together & give them a good lesson .

Also in any genuine draw list is displayed transparently .
In this case there is no transparency .

I agree, we should all meet at some common place !!!

All the cleared cheques do not have reference in the data base of jaypee. This is clear cut fraud and cheating with inocent buyers... strict action should be taken. i am going to file a consumer court case now. I have come to know that there are already 50 cases against jaypee in the consumer court.
the cheques have been entered with a different name in the list.

We have to come togethor and bring down such misdeeds done by jaypee greens..
Do not buy Jaypee Kosmos and do not let anyone else buy it.
We have not cleared the allotment of aman and they want us to pay them more money for allotment of Jaypee kosmos. What do they think we are all fools out here.

I along with other three colleagues booked the flat @ Rs.2100/--with confirm booking by the broker on 26/5/2009 He gave a refund cheque of discount for Rs. 53, 000/- asking us to pay 30% of the BSP by 30/9/2009 Later in the records in place of my name the name of the broker has been entered wrongly.
All earlier bookings which were at lower rates have been resold on premiums by the brokers and the Builder without our consent and knowledge.Hence it is a fraud. Crores of Rupees have been earned by the builder and the broker through this premium sale.
All are requested to expose this fraud though media too.

Myself and my collegue also applied in JP Aman on the day of launch thru all check deals.com.
after few days 1st June or so, we applied forsome of our friends living abroad thru some other broker.
Their cheques got cleared immediately with in 3-4 days. Clearance of our cheques took long time.
Their broker confirmed them confirmed allotment and told them, that they shall not participate in draw and their case is confirmed one.

To our surprise, all of those friends got the confirmed allotment and we were kept in waiting list.

Further, there was no transprancey in the aforesaid allotment. The complete list, method of allotment were never shared. Brokers and Middle/Lower Mgmt people must have taken premium and fabricated the documents.

We should collectively raise out voice to the TOP Management, Media, Court, Consumer forum, Sebi etc. investigating into the correctness of the case.

May i Appeal every body to give their contact details in communication and exlpore their contacts in media etc so that this can be brought into limelight.

we also booked one flat on 27th May...N dreamt of our own home ...
Then we kept on waiting for 2 months but dint get any information from their side...And We called them around 3-4 times in between and came to know that some draw will be made
So, My question is :
1) Why din't they mention earlier that the allotment will be done through draw...Its just fake..that time they said that its on the first cum first serve basis...so why this thing of draw popped up suddenly..
2)When our cheques got cleared, then why the hell they took 6000 applications.
3)When they made it clear through newspaper that 3300 applications have cum n its stopped now from their side...Then how cum this 6600 no. came up?

I think we should all gather and fight for justice...

Alarm Bell! Now if you want your refund, it may go to the broker-New Fraud from Jay Pee. In many cases they have entered the name s of the Broker Rahul Sharma from Better Option- A fake dealer working in coordination with the Employees of Jay Pee Greens AMAN. He gave his mobile no. as [protected] and now it stands disconnected. If you demand refund it will go to the Rahul Sharma.
Beware, Take action Immediately.

They have sold 2800 flats at high premium. Now they are holding your money without your consent. They have a plan to trap those tightly whose money is held with them. They are luring to sell KOSMOS Project @ 2975/2675 rupees/sq feet. They say it is a discounted price @ Rs. 300/ft. But infact it is rupees 575/ per sq ft more than earlier draw.
It is another trap thrown. Amazing to know that Broker is selling @ Rs.2500 per Sq ft. The company Jay Pee selling it at the rate of 2975/2675 rupees per sq ft.

Get united take refund.Beware of such unethical/dishonest/unfair/fradulent business tycoons.Their projects will never complete.

I was planning to invest in Jaypee KOSMOS. I am told all unlucky Jaypee AMAN customers will get allotment in KOSMOS and yesterday they had around 250 bookings. Should I invest in KOSMOS or not !!
