Kent RO Water Purifier — NO response on register complaint on customer care no & sales executive no & local area incharge no | |
Last year on 31.07.07 we have purchased a kent ro system from company directly thru sales executive Mr. Ashok. From the date of purchase we are facving regular problem of water filter jamm. But on last complaint - KENT ro executives are not responding & we are not able to use our ro system because of filter problem. So please look into this matter... Was this information helpful? | |

Never ever think of buying a Kent RO System. The company has a totally non existent after sales service support. I bought one Kent RO Systems more than one year back on the promise of hassle free maintenance free with all parts covered. They also promised that every three months the systems will be checked but as is with all no one turned up so far.

I bought a Kent water filter system for my son on11/4/09 From Rajdeep Enterprises, Shagun Chowk Pimpri, Pune .On 17/4/09 a representative of the Company came to install the same at my house at Vardhman Heights, Rahatani, Kalewadi but was not able to install the same due to some technical hurdle he faced while installing it and promised to refit it at a later date. To date ie. 22/4/09 he has not made any attempt to call on my son to complete the job he promised to do within 2 days. I wonder why the company makes so many false promises at the time of purchase but fails to live upto them and do they employ such incompetent technicians to fit the same who are not able to fit the said filter at the first attempt.

i am in urgent need of help as my kent machine is not working, i am calling to the kent office, the agent from where we purchased kent purifier... from couple of weeks.. but they are not responding us.. they have not provided us any help. they are putting very bad image to their customers. only selling should not be the target rather providing good service is the best job.
Water Purifier — No good support after many complaints
Sir,We have purchased Aquaguard on 23rd August 2008 vide #045228 and code #9000761, CSS name Ramesh. It has not been working for about 2 to 3months and we have complained regarding this vide #SK2603 & 54043027 to customer care but we have not received any response from service side..
i purchase Kent water purifier 15th aug 2008.but 15days back some electrical problem occur.everyday i calling 20times to customer care but they give not any response.your customer care is 100% care less. what can i do ? i am very sad.

After sale service is very poor.Kent RO service is very very poor. I would recommend not to buy this RO at all. After all you need peace of mind and not a headache. Please let me know if someone is looking for support to launch a PIL against the the owners of Kent RO Systems. I am more than willing to sue these guys for insulting the consumer by selling them a completely worthless product...And to all those out there who happen to read this review, please be WARNED...!!!
Though the product is good, Dealers are spoiling its name in giving worst after sale service.

Though the product is very good and truly said that dealers are spoiling its name in giving worst after sales service. I had some electrical problem i have tried to call them they either do not pick the call or they say that the person is on the way. the after sale service of Kent is very bad. 3. Yesterday recd a call from Kent no- [protected], we are deputing service person & he will call you.
Kept waiting - none visited- have to procure drinking water.
4. Not the first time- in one year this was 4th complain in the product.

I am facing painful problem with KENT Water Purifier service. It is just 6 months since I bought the purifier but post one month buying water from outside as the service person did not come to fix the problem which I have contacted 4 times so far. They are neither professional, nor courtious to respond for the calls. Water being essential commodity, I am thinking of legal action against the poor service response of this company. Though they give falshy advertisements, the instruments are of poor quality with the motor giving noice, sediment in the tank, error beep often. I would suggest local suppliers over this high street cheats...
