I took my sim when aircel was lunched at ..COCHIN,KERALA STATE.. I am one of first customers of kerala aircel.. For last 6 MONTHS I have Recharged RS 97 Pocket internet RECHARGE....

PROBLEM/COMPLAINT....I have no INCOMING when using aircel GPRS when using gprs i am in out of coverage... Area when there is full coverage...
I had called CUSTOMER CARE and lodged a complaint there..1st complaint on february .....
latest complaint number 1-[protected]. AT last one customer executive told me AIRCEL network is upgraded so .... U cannot get incoming calls while....using GPRS....

5.USING GPRS U CANNOT CONNECT LAPTOP OR COMPUTER (DNT EVEN THNK ABT IT) HIGH SPEED OF 10KB/S cities only 2AM T0 3AM cochin thrissur calicut trivandrum ))
DEAR brothers I request u to make a written request to TRAI to ensure basic quality of a service provider.....i am going to change my AIRCEL number using MOBILE NUMBER portal system which will launched on january...BROTHERS! PLEASE DONT FALL INTO ATTRACTIONS! OF OFFERS AWARE OF CHEATING PLEASE I HAD SUFFERED LOT!
