In this mail it has beenwritten that Our Diplomatic Delivery is free of chages and you are not required to send any money to us as British Lottery Promotion shall sponser our Diplomatic trip to India. It was noted to me that you are the responsible for INDIA Airport Clearance charges which is 310 GBP.

And It was said to me that an appointed Senior Diplomatic shall be deeparting from United Kingdom on 23/04/2009

It has been a long time, but there is no any diplomat has arrived to my door step in India and not contact me
