For the PAST THREE MONTHS my said line has hardly worked.
It works just off & on. WHY ?????
WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR THE ESSENTIAL SERVICE THAT I DON'T GET ???
Please urgently REFUND whatever I have PAID over this period !

TILL DATE NOT REPAIRED.
I AM 83 &MY WIFE 73.
PL.TAKE NECESSARY ACTION FOR THE ABOVE.
