LG India — Poor after sale service | |||
To, Customer service Department LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. My name is Alok Kumar Singh a regular customer of LG house hold products. My LG refrigerator model number GL-195NM5 is not working, I have logged a complain with LG customer care on 15th June 2012, Complain ID is RNA[protected]. LG engineer has visited to me on 17th June 2012 and told me that there is some cooling problem due to empty gas compressor, and told me that this will be refilled by another engineer within 24 hours but after 48 hours one more engineer has visited the site and again replied same that this will be refilled within 24 hours and when I called customer care they are unable to provide me proper cause for the same. I wanted to let you know that the same cooling issue had been occurred in the month of march and your engineer had filled gas on 31st march 2012. and I had get charged for the gas and again the same problem within 2 month my refrigerator gas has finished. At the time of purchase of LG product I come to know about your 2.1.1 prompt response service, as I checked this service is available in my area, then why I am not getting response within your time window. This is ridiculous service from LG. The city I am living is Noida, still this is the level of service from your company. so i really wonder what would be the fate of customers at far / remote places? LG — Poor Service - Post sales
I have purchased Reliance Land Line Phone (LGP 450 R ) Model. The Phone is still in warranty period.The quality of Product is so bad that it is stop working.
I have given to LG Borivali - West (Mumbai) Service center on 3rd Sep, 2011. They said it will take 3-4 Days.
I have called up on Sep 8th, 2011 to check the status they said parts are not available and it will take one more week.
As I have Reliance Phone I can not just user another box for temporary, I am facing problem of not having phone.
