Sir, I purchased LG Mobile KG 195 on April 2008 but now it's Key pad is not working so I gone to Kolhapur Service center[protected] but they told me that there is PCB problem & now they do not have new PCB & also they do not have Standby Mobile to give me.
So please solve my problem & give me Standby mobile from them.

LG Mobile — Charge in warranty period

I purchased Reliance LG mobile before 11 months from Reliance Communication, powai, mumbai. And there was 1 year warranty on mobile.

From yesterday there was some problem in mobile (keys were not working), so I went to LG service center in Ghatkopar, mumbai. They told me that I need to pay 165 Rs/- for repairing charge. I told them still 12 months are not completed and warranty period is there then how you can ask me for charge?

Person at LG service center told me warranty is applicable on manufacturing date not purchase date and that is expired according to manufacturing date. And I paid them 165 Rs/-.

Is this correct way? Warranty should applicable on purchase date. As a customer Why should I worry about manufacturing date.

When I purchased mobile from reliance communication why they didn't tell me such things? Why they are not giving proper details.

Now who is responsible for this? When I asked in reliance communication they told me to contact in LG service center and when I asked in LG service center then told me contact in reliance communication. So what to do?

i have an problem in my mobile its keypad is not working the model number of my mobile number is d600
i had submit it to the samsung service center but the told me that its pcb is faulty and they asking me the approximate cost of the pcb is arount 3500
it is really funny thing why the can not repair it insted of changing please give the solution

i have lg kp220 mobile in warranty period and i have problem of charging because of that soccet is so loose i did meet lg care near ritesh hotel solapur he did not accept my complaint he charging me above 1000

after 1 month my mobile display was out of service in solapur lg cares executive told me the charges are 2300 but i was repairing in narayan peth pune in 700rupees

reliance/LG RD 3510 — outgoing calls barred

Sir/mam, despite i have balance in my LG RD 3510 reliance mobile, i am unable to make outgoing calls.Please make sure it will get sort out.

when charger inserted it is showing full battery indication on display always.after removing charger display is going to off condition.but incoming & outgoing calls are coming.pls give me solution.

I have LG KP220 mobile phone, the phone became dead during the rainy season because some water went inside the phone..

I showed it to the service center they are charging me 950 rupees for the PCB.
I hope that they install a new PCB. After reading out the complaint section i really hope that they insert a new PCB so that I will get the worth of my money which i earn by working...
And also i really wonder why servicing the mobile is so costly...

LG — LG KP220 in warranty problem in phone

Don' get connected with PC Via phone suite , not connected with blue tooth dial up networking , poor service, repaired many times in service center but problem not solved

i had purchased lg mobile gw 300 after purchasing the mobile with in 48 hours my mobile speaker not working properly so i m going to retail shop nd retail shoper told me that its may be signal problum if you face problum again u come here immegataily after five to six days problum is same so i had go to the retail shop contineu retail shopers told me that u go to the service center my weekly off is sunday nd ur service cenetr off is sunday so mene time nikal ke apke service center gaya he told me that apka mobile kholke thik karenge but i m not agree because its a new set i told that u give me the new mobile why u open my new mobile but he not agree after ten days mobile is not working i have comlaned ur custmercare nd i m going contineu service center he told me that uska mother bord bhi changed hoga so i have not agry for this because mene naya mobile purchased kiya tha aur uske next day hi problum ho gayi nd itni sari problum agar new set me hogi to me kyu rakhu use so u give me the new mobile but told me that aisa nahi ho sakta i[censored] not changed my mobile i m going to consumer court

mere paas lg rd 3510 hai usme charge kr rha hu par ek point se jyada nahi ho rahi

My LG OPTIMUS LTE TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING. WHERE SHOULD BE REPAIR IT IN RUDRAPUR.

I THINK HAVE to PUTT LG AC IN DUSTBIN....Laugh ON LG Services.. You people are incapable of repairing you ouw products ..

LG split ac wire sparking ... 4 times repaired .. may be more ... Hell like service ... in whole record 24 days iust Used AC only 6 to 7 days.. Delay in visits the cause .. I think I have to putt LG AC in Dustbin
