[Resolved] LG / Television — PANEL AND MOTHERBOARD PROBLEM | |||
Bought LG LCD Tv , model LGCS560 from shoppingindiatimes .com and after I received it I found that TV is having a panel problem and a motherboard problem where I am experiencing a black spots on screen and also tv goes off anytime. Tried lodging the complaint number of times to LG customer care but no use , also tried several times calling LG sevice desk to my nearest station but again useless as no one gives damm to it. feeling very much cheated and harrased as this product costed me 42000. Product bought in june 2012. I tried contacting indiatimes shopping website for the help as product brought from them but they are saying to contact LG for the same. Feeling helpless, pls. help.
