[Resolved]  Linkway Honda — Personal behaviour at Andheri Workshop

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service rendered at Linkway Honda workshop in Andheri. I tried calling 3 of Their employees namely Mayank Desai, Zamir and Manoj who were not only rude but gave very vague information about my honda city which is in their workshop since 3rd October. I avoided going to any car mechanic and went to the company workshop thinking that they will be providing high quality service to your customers.

It came to me as a rude shock that even their feedback system on your website doesn't work. I regret to mention that as a result of this kind of behaviour from their personnel, it will affect my decision of buying a vehicle next time on from linkway honda.

I gave my car for first paid servicing today(16/04/2009) at Linkway Honda, Chandivali. My appointment was at 07:45 am. I reached 15 min. before schedule. Job sheet was prepared by Abdulkadir Shaikh. As I am going to drive my car for long tour which I specifically told to Abdulkadir Shaikh. I told him to check every thing such as brake oil, engine oil, ect., which is normally expected from a service. I even told him my car is just a year old and my car doors started making noise when opening and closing in 7th month itself. Even my daily running is very less i.e., 10km daily. My odometer shows 2400km till date. When I came to take my car at 3:30pm I was surprised to see that my door was untouched. As Abdulkadir Shaikh was off duty before time I was told to contact Wasim for delivery which I did, not before I waited 15min. for him. I took Wasim to my car and made him here the loud door noise which could be heard from 15 foot radius. Wasim blindly told me that they don’t have that door part and asked me to come after 5days. But from my judgment I am sure he was lying full face. I called up Abdulkadir Shaikh on his mobile he told me when he checked the doors it was not making noise. Even Wasim told him doors are making noise. I can’t understand what more Honda staffs will do to save their skin and higher authority not even realizing what is happening behind their back. With all this happening only Honda customers will suffer. They will have to give 2 to 3 visits for their things done. Honda customers are at full mercy of Honda staffs. Now I just have to wait for the door parts to come. God knows how long the wait will be? Higher authorities please make note of this if at all it reaches you all.

Linkway honda does not provide any service properly. they take more than 2-3 hours for honda city service. after all that they did not wash the exterior or interior of the car. The prices are exorbitant and they do not provide the needed care. For feedback provided on their website, they provide absolutely no response. Honda manufacturers should look into these complaints if they want to maintain their name and business in Bombay.
I got my honda city about 2 yrs back from their honda showroom in malad and nothin has changed i guess since then. I got my car only 2 weeks later after it was promised then and now at the 20, 000 hrs servicing i await for my car to arrive though it was promised it would arrive yesturday. A call to their Linkway Honda service centre leads to more confusion has the buck is passed around and the buck stops at a non-available number.
I Wish all the Honda gang all the very best with their routines cause its certainly sliding down into a drain!!
My car was recalled for replacement of the "lost motion spring". The car was sent with prior appointment. It was informed during the appointment that the replacement would take 5 to 6 hours. The car should have been ready by 3 .00 PM, but finally the work got over at 8.00PM.
There is no coordination between the various departments and the customer is taken for granted.
Mr.Ganesh Ghanekar initially was not responsive, but later helped in organizing and ensured that work was completed. Thanks
It is high time that Linkway Honda looks at its functioning.
WORSE DEALERSHIP - Never buy a car from here, They promised us Bluetooth in the car and after 1 FULL year, non-stop calls & reminders, I haven't gotten my Bluetooth yet.
A dealership that cannot be trusted to give what I have paid for should shut down! I have complained and no one seems to care with Honda - now I will go higher!!! This type of dealerships will learn their lesson, its no long about an item in my car, its about simple trust that we should be able to have in people who say they will deliver, keep telling us it will happen and then never do the right thing!
