Hi,
I was cheated last year by linkway honda on purchase of new vehicle where they took out the insurance policy on the next day of when i booked the car.
The delivery was after a month from the date of booking as well as the car was registered after 3 weeks later.
How can the company take out the insurance without the car even getting registered?...

Gave my car on 19/07/2014 for service. Driver picked up the car from my residence after all inspection.
Ganesh the service advisor called after a day and told that the car requires some repair work on the power steering and rack etc.. and gave an estimate. I mentioned that I have the discount coupons based on the insurance taken thru linkway honda and he can use the same and agreed for the repair work pplus service
when the car came...

Honda after sales service is seriously pathetic. I don’t understand how come Honda is giving service authority to these kinds of dealers. My first 2 service experience with both Honda service centres (Solitaire and Linkway. Linkway being the worst) was dreadful

Personal behaviour at Andheri Workshop
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service rendered at Linkway Honda workshop in Andheri. I tried calling 3 of Their employees namely Mayank Desai, Zamir and Manoj who were not only rude but gave very vague information about my honda city which is in their workshop since 3rd October. I avoided going to any car mechanic and went to the company workshop thinking that they will be providing high quality service to your customers.
