[Resolved]  Linkway Honda — service and repair work on my CRV HONDA MH 8321

Gave my car on 19/07/2014 for service. Driver picked up the car from my residence after all inspection. Ganesh the service advisor called after a day and told that the car requires some repair work on the power steering and rack etc.. and gave an estimate. I mentioned that I have the discount coupons based on the insurance taken thru linkway honda and he can use the same and agreed for the repair work pplus service when the car came back after a week, I noticed that no service was done nor any cleaning done.. Only some repair work on the noise due to power steering turn has been done . Plus they also spoiled my rear view mirror functioning which started making noise. I told the driver who got it for delivery and also made all notes in the delivery memo and sent him back. He agreed and saw all my complaints when he was delivering the car. Called up Ganesh the service advisor and told him that I was totally unhappy with the service done and that my rear view mirror which was working fine when given was now spoiled. He was nice to tell me that please drive the car for 2 days and see if any other issues with the repair work done is manifested. I then only drove the car twice to check and then reverted back to him in 2 days that the car was not serviced properly, no cleaning work done, the repair work only partially sorted out my problem and that some noise was still coming. Also said that my clutch which was earlier fine now had started making some noises. Then he was to take the car back and get things sorted out. They finally took my car only after 15 days and then last week got a call from ganesh to come and see the service manager Mr.Sajit at Sakinaka. He met me cordially and assured that all complaints will be addressed and that car will be delivered to me on 22nd August... I am still waiting for my car to be delivered and have sent messages to both the advisor and the manager. I have also assured them that the bill raised will be duly settled by me on satisfactory completion of the work which is normally the case. I have been getting my car always done at the Linkway Honda service center for the last 5-6 years and have never been subjected to this kind of issues. This time even went ahead and took insurance with LInkway Honda as the agent for Reliance and look at what service we get I am deeply upset and disturbed by this . On this car alone post purchase I must have spent lakhs of rupees maintaining the same Please treat this urgently and resolve my issues Thanks and Regards N Shridhar
