[Resolved]  Living Media India Limited — Not received the items for paid money

I have booked 10 cents of Diamond with certificates over telephone ( [protected]) which includes a Reebok Medium size Track Suite, Shoes and Socks etc. for Rs. 5499/- which I have paid by my credit card through IVR on last 26/10/2010 and they assures me to deliver the products within a week.

According to them my name was short listed and I was offering the fabalous discounts for the product as well as includes a Reebok gift hamper comprising the above mentioned items.

Not received the items for paid money
Sir I booked the following items through phone with the Executive of the Living Media India Ltd, on[protected] the cusomer Id is given below which are paid by me through credit card,

I paid the amount about 15699 for the supply of c903 sony ericssion Mobile with free gift of Diamonds mtv class and other items etc.

When I want to contact to the firm they said few items are sent to you when I contacted with courier they said there is no item such has recevied and also they debit two times of single amount in the month of Nov and Dec not even for single time payemets i am not getting any items and they debit another 15699 amount in my card for the month of dec.Most of the pepoles are cheated like this only.My humble request to the persons who are seening this dont by any material thro phone and also dont provide your credit cards details to others.This is one of the best sample of mine to others .I am contact the executives there are telling this may due to some errors.I dot want any item .Kindly reverse my amount what ever i have paid. thanks rangaprakassh

i have made a pament on 23/11/2010 amount of Rs. 15499/- through my credit card still i have not received my transaction approval code is 289617 but still i have not receieved please send my shipment immediately.

I have subscribed for the 'TIME' magazine for one year during April 2011 by sending a cheque for Rs.2656/- on 28.04.2011 under the Gift Offer scheme for a 'Wheeled Carryon Set'. For 4 months there was no response and then in Septemeber 2011 the Cheque was realized and the TIME magazine started to arrive by post every week. I have so far not received the assured Gift (Wheeled Carryon Set). I have waited so far hoping that the Gift may arrive subsequent to the Magazine. Now I realize that I have been cheated by the two reputed concerns 'TIME' & ' LIVING MEDIA INDIA LIMITED'. please note that your company people on above date has fraudulently brainwashed me for about 50 minutes on phone and convinced me to part

confidential credit card details about my credit card like c v v no and one time password and convinced me to pay rs.2, 400/- to participate in some

contest which company is operating at present and i will be the winner for rs 5lacs/2lacs at least. then they withdrew rs 54, 998/- without my

knowledge and consent.

I request you to look in to the matter i have already contacted the hdfc card department and also sent them progressive dispute letter about

this matter and since then i am receiving continues calls form your company to consent for the order on phone first and then another call will be

made in which i have to cancel the order and i will receive full amount back within 6 days.

as they have cheated on me i do not believe them now fear to commit any further mistake i want my full money back at earliest.

hope to receive early result and don't force me to take any legal action against your company through ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING OF THE

MUMBAI POICE.
