They didnt even acknowledged my mail. attached is my ticket. please help me in getting my luggage. At the checkin counter in Riyadh I was given a thru checkin with two boarding pass upto aden and was told to take my luggage directly at aden airport. But when i reached aden i did not find my luggage. My luggage tag numbers are SV394965 - SV394969. There are total five pieces which contains some testing equipment and my personal belongings. Now I am staying in aden waiting for the luggage. I travelled on the flight SV 456 from KHARTOUM TO RIYADH on 7/21/2009, and then from RIYADH TO WASHINGTON on the flight SV 37 on 7/22/2009. I have two luggage to take in riyadh airport, but i did not find one of my luggage when reached to riyadh . my luggage tag number is SV 323842 . there are total seven pices which is contains some of foods and my personal belongings .

The customer serves representative from Washington contact me, and explain to me what i have to do when missing luggage .He asked me did i claim luggage lost at Riyadh airport and then i did not claimed it even in Washington . i be onset i did not claim my luggage till back to final distention. so he told me to provide that information, because you palmed him . i did not report that in Washington, because lost it in Riyadh not in Washington. I asked in Riyadh what i should do and no one explain to me how to do the claim .

I had travelled from Chennai to Jeddah on Saudi Airlines flight SV 0769 on 09.11.2009. After landing at Jeddah Airport i could not find my bag. I went to the saudi airlines office lodged a complaint and my complaint File number is JED SV48499. They had given three numbers for enquiry but nobody picks up the call and nobody reponds. I went to the airport to enquire about the luggage they said it has been sent to the Saudi Airliness Headoffice. On checking there also the bag could not be found. Now they have not accepted the Compensation form also. The bag contains very important documents and all my clothes. The tag on the baggage is AI680332.
