D/Sir,
We are Punjab based civil construction Businessman and having business in Punjab and Himachal Pardesh and since 1989 we have experienced may type of luxury car of Ford, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and at present we have Fista, Innova , Verna Fluidic. And on the basis of feature clamed by M&M for their XUV 5OO W8 we booked the vehicle and brought the car on 19.04.2012 from RAGA motor, Jalandhar, Punjab vide above ref. invoice No.
Till date the car run approximate 10,000 km’s and during every tour once we have toe the car for sending it to your authorised service station (History of the car maintenance/replacement of parts at your authorised service station is attached). Several of times on complaint to help line they send recovery van at our residence at Gurdaspur in Punjab to toe the car for sending it to the service station for maintenance work.
After full checkup on 22.09.2012 at raga motor, jalandhar I along with my family went to Kullu Manali in Himachal Pardesh approximately 350 Km for from residence and during journey suddenly the car main belt was broken in a hill turning point which may cause to major a accident and we are surprised that before the belt broken the sensors giving alert for low pressure of spare tyre which was absolutely wrong indication. And we call the help line at 1:30 pm and the service persons came to us at 10 pm even the service station was only 90 kms from us and we spend the time in a danger jungle with my family. And after replacement of the belt by your service persons after 60 kms of running the entire engine oil was drained and after filling the oil we visited to your Mandi service station and till date i.e.[protected] the car is at Mandi service station.

It is a very serious matter because in 10,000 kms of running the car started giving such type of major problems which may cause a heavy accident during driving then what we can expect from it in future. Because every time whenever we used this car for going to attend any business meeting or any family function we have to hire taxi as this car started problems in the way to the destination.

We are feeling very uncomfortable with this car due to its very poor performance and we decide to return this car to you with request to return our hard earn money.

Please reply us in seven days from the date of this letter otherwise we will call the media and also go to the Hornab’le Consumer court with this issue.

I m Amandeep Singh Advocate, vpo Ayalki, Teh &Distt.Fatehabad, Haryana, buy a xuv 500 w 8 on dt.1.6.2012 n still driven 9200 kmts.

I just advise by my this mail tht think hunderd time before buy a xuv 500 vehicle, because i face lot of problem in my xuv in just 6 months like;-
1 break leather noise
2 power stearing pipe leakage
3 timeing seal leakage
4 audio/vidio screen fault in side the vehicle
5 tarbo pipe leakage
6 problem in clutch n in shifting gear
7 burnt security alarm system

and many more small faults which can not be mention as just like rear n first gear r in same possition which make me some time in accident possition.

I M CUSTOMER OF MAHINDRA THAR NO:5282 AND I PURCHASED MAHINDRA THAR FORM RAGA MOTORS JALANDHAR AND EARLIER I MAKE AN COMPLAINTS REGARDING NON SATISFACORTY OF SERVE OF SAME PRODUCT ABOVE BUT NOW I VISIT TO RAGA MOTORS JAL FOR NEXT SERVICE OF MY JEEP AND I CAME AT APPOINTED TIME APPROX 9:30AM AND MR.AVINAM DEALS ME AND FROM MYSELF I GIVE INFORMATION ABT PROBLEMS I FACES IN MY JEEP BUT ALTHOGH I AFCES PROBLEM REG. TIME, THEY PROVIDE ME MY VEHICLE APPROX 5PM ON SAME DAY MORE THAT TIME THEY GIVEN ME.AND AFRTER ALL THAT MY PROBLEM OF SOME VOICE IN DASHBOARD IS NOT CLEARED BY U R STAFF AND WASHING OF MY JEEP FROM CHASSI IS NOT GOOD.REGARDING ALL THIS I COMPLAINT TO U R CUSTOMER CARE AND EXECUTIVES AND SAME MR.AVINAM WHO DEALS ME.ALTHOUGH THEY JUST DO FORMALITIES AND NOT PROVIDE ME THEIR BEST.since 1990 we have experienced may type of luxury car of maruti, Toyota, skoda, Hyundai, tata, mahindra and at present we have polo, Innova, safari, thar.We are feeling very uncomfortable with your staff of raga motors for very poor performance.
