[Resolved]  Maruti Swift Dzire Ldi — Delay in delivery of car

I have booked Swift Dzire LDi (white colour) on 2nd Oct. 2011 with Tristar Motors at Great Nag Raod, Nagpur against the promise of delivery with in 3 months; which later they refused delivering, saying, it cannot be delivered upto six months from the date of booking. Its now more than 6 months, still they could not give the status of delivery. I understood the dealer has delivered the car to others who has booked after me. Everytime I was told that I would get it soon, but their promises are of no use. The other dealers are supplying the same car with in promise period of six months, but Tristar could not.

The order booking no. with Tristar is 473 (quotation sr. no. 4235) dated 02/10/2011.

Appreciate if i could get the delivery of car as soon as possoble.

I have booked a maruti swift desireVDI in indus motors on first week of April 08 and was told by the dealer that it will be deliverd in the next week but now when I enquired about this I was told that it will take another 3 months I never expected this from a company like Maruti Suzuki

I have booked a maruti swift desireVDI in berkeley automobiles limited, chandigerh on first week of April 08 and was told by the dealer that it will be deliverd in next two week but now when I enquired about car, they told that it will take time long.they are not sure will be given us or not. i[censored] wana cancel your boking u can.it was not expected after waiting two months
I totally agree... specially considering the fact that other cars(e.g fiat palio multijet) with the same engine is readily available. Anyway, the dezire episode has caused Maruti to loose its credibility.

Swift Dzire — Delay in Delivery

I had registered my swift dzire in the name of Sri krishna Kumar Gupta from DD motors, Peera Ghari, on 8th of may, 2008.
It was expected to be delivered within a month from the date of registration.
We were even asked to pay some BRIBE if we wanted an early delivery.
Also, they said that once the cost is revised, the car will be ready for delivery. Now, as per their demand, the cost has also being revised. And we are willing to pay the Revised cost also.Atleast deliver it now...
It has been a bitter experince with Maruti this time which has left its customers dissatisfactory!!
i am sorry to say but i'll not recommend Maruti Swift Dzire to anybody...

Maruti Swift — delivery of the car delayed

i had booked a maruti swift on 24th may 2008 in RNS motors Hubli and they told me that they would deliver the vehicle to me with in 30 to 45 days but till day they have not contacted me. but when i wanted to know the details of the delivery they are saying that the delivery would be delayed by another 40 days days or so . its really embarrassing to know that such a big company is delaying the delivery of the vehicle. kindly take necessary action so that the consumers dont become the scapegoat atlast.
Yes.I too received same information from Cochin.

As per SAI service, Rs.50000 required as booking charge and delivery go up to 9 months
As per Popular, Rs.50000 required as booking charge and delivery may go from 4 to six months.

With all these I too is not confident enough to go for DEZIRE

LATE IN DELIVERING THE VEHICLE. BOOKED IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 26TH 2008 NOT YET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERING THE VEHICLE. I HAD PAID RS.50000/- AS ADVANCE. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE VEHICLE, I WAS TOLD THAT SWIFT DZIRE LDI WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN TWO MONTHS. I WANT TO KNOW WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE VEHICLE ?.
i tottaly agree...maruti is cheating people.

I am working as a Co-ordinator in TLC India Ltd, & i have been rewarded a car for my acheivement from the company.
I was most attracted by Dzire & i booked the same on April 19th 2008 in Jaikrishnaa auto sales Pvt Ltd, MTP Road, Coimbatore, My Customer ID :- [protected]
I have not got the car delivered still now & no response from the dealer also. I am getting the same reply form them that the car has not come yet for the past 6 Months.they are not allowing us to change the dealer also. As its acheivement car i am getting pressure form my company side also. I need to present the car in the reward function thats going to happen next month.
Pls make suitable arrangement that i receive the car by this month end.
Pls take it very seriously.

MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE- LDI — Delay in Delivery

I made a booking by depositing INR 10000.00, for SWIFT DZIRE- LDI with Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rajori Garden, New Delhi ( Dealer Code 0887 – 08A7 ) on 9 september2008 .The full payment, INR 576, 655.00 has been given to them on 21st January 2009 days by Pay order .
I was told that i would get the delivery on 23/01/09, but on 27/01/09, I was told that i would get the delivery on 7/02/09 .

i made two complaints on 30 January 2009 and 03Februry 2009 to Maruti Suzuki India Limited at the toll-free service[protected] Complaints no . [protected] & [protected] ) and i mailed to them twice also ( first mail on 30 January 2009 ), but neither the vehicle has been delivered to me, nor i was contacted by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, and Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rajori Garden, New Delhi ( Dealer Code 0887 – 08A7 ) .
No one wants to hear me or pay attention towards the delaying of SWIFT DZIRE- LDI . I think no body bothers to solve my problem here .
Today on 6th February 2009, when i visited at Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rajori Garden, New Delhi ( Dealer Code 0887 – 08A7 ), i was told by the sales team, that they would let me know only, the status of the delivery of my car on 16th February 2009, Any assurances wasn’t given to me, that the vehicle would be delivered to me on 16Th February 2009 .
Since i have taken loan from the bank, and First EMI will be due on 20th February 2009 . The first EMI should be paid to my bank either by Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rajori Garden, New Delhi ( Dealer Code 0887 – 08A7 ) or by Maruti Suzuki India Limited, . Why should i pay EMI to the bank, even the vehicle hasn’t been delivered to me, and the full amount is laid either with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, or Marketing Times Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rajori Garden, New Delhi ( Dealer Code 0887 – 08A7 ) .

What should i do to get the vehicle delivered ???????

have recently purchased dzire ldi in just 10 days, maruti is not to blame it is just the dealers who charge premium from people and give deliveries of vehicles of persons who have booked earlier.

i totally agree with all the people..i have booked dezire vxi on 21 march 2009. dealer has told me to deliver my car in the 2nd week of april, but on asking they said that they have not booked any car with my name though i had the booking slip.when i showed them the slip they said that ill get my car till end of april but till now i have not received my car..and nobody is giving proper response abt it...we are really unhappy with the maruti people...

swift — repair

[protected] ko meri car accident kar gayi. Jise maine[protected] ko AGR AGENCY, VARANASI me kiran ke dwara bheja. Jiska work abhi tak pura nahi ho saka. par day koi na koi bahana banate hain. Meri samasya ka samadhan kaise hoga. Meri car ka no. UP32 CU 4000 swift colour white hai. Jisake repairing ke liya mujhase ek mahine ka time manga gaya tha. jo ki aaj[protected] tak car complete nahi hui hai. Please isaka samadhan nikale.

Swift Dzire — Callousness in service and repair.

I went to the service center with complaint of left side foot mat getting drenched with water on 10.07.10.I thought that there is some leakage from the AC outlet duct but I was told by the manager works and mechanic and the person who books the vehicle for service that your AC needs servicing.I told them to go ahead and I was charged Rs2571 for the same by cash memo number BC10004562 which also included repairs for the front door noise and water soak age in the boot space/dikki.Next day all the three problems persisted,when i went to the service center the mechanic simply did something to the outlet of the AC and showed me that the water is now flowing down the vehicle.
Now i have a simple question that Did my AC ever needed servicing and this simple act which was done later would have solved my problem and i have been unnecessarily charged the above amount.This is not the first time that the service people have been callous. I had a problem with my horn since i took the vehicle and i had to go for 4 to 5 times and spent hours there.
May i add i have recently purchased Alto LX for my wife Dr.Archana Singh on 6.07.10.Is this what i should get to be associated with Maruti.Kindly look into the matter.
