[Resolved] Mhada — EMD REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I had applied for MHADA lottery 2013 in 3 different schemes & paid Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 50,000/- in each scheme. Total of Rs.1,50,000/-. MHADA had promised to refund the deposit money within one week thru NEFT directly to bank accounts of applicants. It has been 20 days now, I have not received the deposit money yet. I am losing interest without any reason. I had input correct bank details while submitting the application.
Pls look into the matter at the earliest & reply.

mhada refund — mhada refund not recd

appln no 775851. not recd refund from mhada. neither mhada nor bluedart is giving any satisfactory answer. they say bluedart Way bill no. is [protected] but refund has been sent thru speed post. post office is denying the same.

Mhada — Refund

It is obsevered that some of the applicant are not getting refund due to failure ECES due to some mis match of information in application & details with the Bank. In such case MHADA should use sending DD on name of the applicant is the most convient way. For this , applicant are not getting proper procedure /channel this issue.

I agree but in my case when I have received one of the refund while other is still not come into my bank A/C.These Govt Depts are totally non-reliable.Now I am losing the interest on my own money & MHADA is enjoying people's money for free.THEY SHOULD BE PENALISED FINANCIALY BY REFUNDING MONEY WITH HIGH INTEREST.

Its really a big issue i am also facing same problem, i did, t understand why Mhada not having any Customer Care Service,
who's we 'll ask about our Money??? Its really disgusting... Please Take immediate action on it.
