I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 06/04/2012 from Vasnath & co Ltd Padi ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a 5 days I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If... Microwave Oven — Demo
We have purchased microwave oven and noted complaint for Demo vide ID [protected]. Dealer Bisani Traders, NAGDA (M.P.) 456-335 has told us that within 72 hrs. person will attend for demo. Now 8 days has already been expired and No body attended till date, it is lying unutilised. I would like to request that Either you take back your product or arrange to fulfill your commitment of 72 hrs. Further I also request that Please don't misguide to the custmers, it affacts to your reputation. Please suggest what to do now.samsung microwave oven — demonstration
i have purchased one microwave oven back two months. installation has been done very next day but till today we do not know how to make different dishes in limited time. what shall i do.hope an early reply.

Microwave Oven Samsung — Installation and demo
M V Oven purchased on 20 Oct 2010 not yet installed. The person says it will take 10 days to instal the same since it has been purchased through CSD.The delay in installation of MV purchased through CSD is not understood. Had i been aware of this I would have never gone to Samsung .In any case I will never go to SamSung in future who does not care for their customers.Why a customer should wait for so long after paying the full amount.Request do the needful.The name of contact person of Samsung is Shiju and his mob no is [protected].

I have bought a Samsung microwave oven on 29 Oct 15 from Vijay sales, Chandan nagar, pune. appointment was fixed for installation & Demo on 09 Nov 15, But no body has turned up for installation and demo.Plz do the needful.
