[Resolved]  Micromax MMX 310g 3G USB Modem — quick disconnected

I have also same problem with the Micromax 310G...

here i find that my micromax 310g mmx 3g usb is not regular work so i want what's problem and why working slow and what to be done for better work with 3g sim.

mmx310g usb modem after install create a very big problem like :
1. After installation & restart the computer it shows the caption of generic host problem.
2. After this the internet hangs. If we disconnect & try again to connect it do not connect but if we restart the computer it again connects. After some 5-10 min. it hangs again.
Because of this problem i can not use my internet.

i m also facing the same problem with my micromax mmx 310g 3g usb modem...wat is the solution of it...plz help me...

Friends this not a problem with your Modem. The device you have is a nice piece of work by micromax, the problem is with bsnl 3G, even if i use bsnl 3g sim in my cell phone i face the same problem that you people are facing. So the ultimate solution is just wait for October Private providers are launching 3g, shift to that. Your device is a power pack jst wait for the right service provider...

sir i m using the bsnl 2g sim its a 274 rps unlimited gprs bsnl plan. i m using it in my micromax mmx 372 modem and i m able to switch to 3g hspa mode. and i m getting 3g services from a 2g modem. the problem i m facing is the modem is getting disconected after each 5 minutes when i connect it. after 4- 5 mins the modems lost the connection and and i have connect it again and again. the problem is persisting from yesterday 2 pm. i m really irritated with this. i need help. thanks

micromax usb modem (mmx310g 3g) — very poor connectivity

i am using micromax usb modem for last 25 days in starting it performed great but from last five days the connectivity is so poor that it disconnects in seconds. now its good performance is 2 to 3 minutes . now days i am making a record of connecting internet more than 100 times in a day.

in starting few days it worked great but now i am also heaving problem with connectivity. now it disconnects in few minutes it is so annoying. one thing that i know is that if company is charging us so much then there service should be satisfactory.

These Modem stuff is a big cheating. Do not use or spoil your money on this garbage. Nokia PC Suite is much better than this where your cellphone itself works as a modem.

hello friends i'm also facing same problem of disconnection of "H" signal but i'm having full 3g signal...and also the downloading speed decreases to max10kbps in my bsnl 2g sim through 3g network???friends can any one help me to resolve this problem...THANKS IN ADVANCE

IAM FACING PROBLEM IN MICROMAX 310G 3G MODEM.
1. QUICK DISCONNECTED.
2. CAN''T ACCESS FROM BSNL 3G SIM.
3. NOT GETTING HIGH SPEED.
4. GIVE ME SERVICE CENTRE LIST IN BIRBHUM, MURSHIDABAD, WB.

I am also facing the problem of not detecting the device. when i uninstall the program and connect the USB. MMX 310G. It gets connected. but once i remove and connect again it shows no device. i got irritated. simply my 3500/- got wasted
and it shows just connectng.. but it never gets connected

change the network mode to "HSPA/UMTS only" from the settings in the driver.

WORST SUPPORT, they are selling product in Delhi & they are asking to visit Ghaziabad (other state) service center for the data card problem when I called[protected]. They are cheating inocent consumers.

NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE ANY MICROMAX PRODUCT. They dont have any support, they only harass customer by calling service center twice or thrice then also problem not solved.

Yes, it gets disconnected very soon, what should be its remedy to stay long while working,
is the problem persist in Modem or BSNL sim 3G/network.

I purchased 310G MMX USB Modem on 19-11-10. The problem is 'after automatic disconnection of the internet network, don't connect after words'. But it works only after restart the computer. My computer formated recently. But the problem persist.
Network mode - HSPA/UMTS
Network selection - Automatic
