Dear Sir,

I the undersigned made an ONLINE order on 06-09-12 for WONDERCHEF 6 MUFIN PACK. Order No.[protected] on site STAR CJ
Payment of Rs 480/- (after using a discount coupon code of Rs 150/- Original cost 630-150=480) had been honoured by UBI Debit card vide Transaction no [protected]/[protected]/[protected] dtd 06/9/2012 to STAR CJ.on 06/09/2012. UBI has Confirmed payment and certificate received from them to this effect has been mailed to STAR CJ along with my bank statement and Cyber receipt too. For reasons not known this order did not materialize and was cancelled though payment was made by Debit Card Online.
Star CJ states verbally over the phone that the said payment has not been received by them.
I have requested them to mail me a certficate certifying no payment of Rs 480/- was received by them on[protected] but they have failed to do so
I must have called them at least 20 times for the REFUND but my request remains unheard.
I HAVE MAILED THEM THREE TIMES on mail Id response @starcj.com with all the necessary details. As desired by them i have mailed them bank statement showing the transaction of Rs 480/- of [protected] which was debited from my accont along with the Cyber receipt and certificate from UBI certifying the payment of Rs 480/-
Reply to the mails have not been received to date.
I am 59 years old and work for Central Govt as senior GP - A (Class I) of the rank equivalent to UNDER SECRETARY. After such an experience I am afraid and hesitant to use my debit card hence forth..
As my repeated requests and Emails have gone in vain I request you to pl. take up the complaint with STAR CJ (PHONE[protected]
I would also like to mention here that i have been doing ONLINE shopping with STAR CJ for the past three years
