[Resolved]  Mobile Connection Of Airtel — Fraud in airtel

Dear Team,







This mail is with the Reference of My application for the Disconnection of My Mobile No. [protected] dated 09/03/2010 with the ref no.31316515 received by Mr. Gaurav Bhatnaagar ([protected]) at airtel showroom (Kundan lal)



I, Ajay Kumar worked with Reliance fresh as a Sales executive at Ludhiana Location, Mr. Pawan [protected](DSA) from KL agency 217,Second floor, LSE Building ludhiana came to our office for the sale of Corporate Mobile Connections, as all o[censored]s has taken a New Connection from him, under the Bill plan R18 CUG 50, When the second time I Required one more Connection for the using purpose of My elder brother, I called Mr. Pawan for booking of the same. he came to our store as usual and Book my Connection at that Moment My senior Mr. Amit Chopra(ASM) came to Pawan and ask a New Connection for him also but due to lake of the Documentation ,he was unable to take the Connection, he made a Plan with help of Pawan and both of them made a request to me to Give My documents for the connection purpose for Mr. Amit Chopra(ASM) with the Gentleman Promise that pawan will Change the ownership of Mr. Ajay Kumar to Mr.Amit chopra(ASM) as per airtel Company Policy. Due to Good faith and seniority I accept the Condition.

After some Time Mr. Pawan has registered for ebill

For mobile no.[protected] instead of change of Ownership at when I oppose him.



In a Mean time Mr.Pawan came to me again with the faith of that he had Migrate the Ownership of my Connection to Mr. Amit Chopra.at same moment he Request a permission to Take a new Connection on Behalf of me for his Relative for for 2 Months Only as he has done with Mr. Amit’ time, he will Change the Ownership of the Connection at his own end, I agreed because of good faith. But he has sold the Connection with the amount of Rs.800/-.



The moment when I come to know about this I swap the Connection from to new sim which No. [protected].Next day I received a Call from that Lady and she had Describe the all story to me. I was afraid from what happen to me. When I called the pawan for the Clarification then he told me that customer was his Sister and she is Student I need not to worry about it.



On 09/03/2010,I received a call from VAS department of airtel from where I come to know that there are Five Connection Running on My name and the Number is using by Amit chopra is Still on My Proof.

As per norms I swap that no [protected] to my new sim from Ludhiana office. And within the next 15 Minutes the same no was swap from my Sim to Amit chopra number.

I put an Application for the Disconnection of no.[protected] at ludhiana office with Ref No. 31316515,and Mr.Amit chopra with help of Pawan put another application to Migrate the postpaid into Prepaid on[protected] with the ref No.[protected] from Mobile point Amritsar with the fordge Documents.



On 15/03/2010, I visited the RO office at ludhiana where I meet with Mr.Sandeep Bajaj ([protected]) who is already aware about all the case because I have told the all Concern to Mr. Gaurav Bhatnaager at the time when he asked for reason to Disconnect the Connection and he has not give a single call on the Name of Investigation, Yes but he has told the whole story to Mr. Sandeep bajaj.



When I met Mr. Sandeep bajaj With My Brother he is trying prove us Wrong, but soon Mr. Pankanj Sharma Join us and discus the Matter and pawan found guilty.mr. Sandeep bajaj Called Pawan at RO office for verbal Conversation where he admitted that he has produce fake Document of Mr. Ajay Kumar and Swap the Number Just for the sake of Money. he has Clearly told this in front of Mr. Sandeep bajaj,you may Confirm the same from him.



Now today My Number is still active and using by Mr. Amit Chopra at Amritsar and New Documents Like Fake Driving License and a Passport size photograph is lying with mobile Point Khaza gate Amritsar.



My Concern: -

· My connection is misusing by Mr. Amit Chopra with the help of Mr.Pawan ([protected]) DSA.

· Mr. Pawan has Produce fake Identity Proof of Mine.

· He has has Swap my Sim for Mr. Amit.

· He and his colleagues like Mr. Naresh jain ([protected]) is selling Connection to Open Market and some other Employees of Reliance fresh.

· Result come out non-Billing of Customer and reliance fresh become Negative account for Airtel.

· Please Check 3 More Numbers as given below as they also misused by other person:[protected] /[protected]Ravi Owner, But he Himsel[censored]sing Prepaid, Contact No.[protected])) [protected](Harpreet Owner of number but misusing by some others, contact no[protected]).

· It may be possible that Mr. Sandeep is well aware about this entire Prior I contact him because of gaurav Bhatnaagar.

· After getting all this Pawan is still in the system and People Like me still suffering in this manner.

· I am still unaware about the status of My Connection.

· You need to do Audit of your DSA for more Information to stop this Fraud to others.

· On every Moment Amit and Pawan is Showing fast and Smart work, and you People are Still waiting for Miracle

· It may be you all people Like Mr. Sandeep bajaj, Mr. Pankaj Sharma, Mr, deepika mahajan, Mr. Gaurav Bhatnaagar n are still buy to count their Yearly Bonus for March 2010.

Note: -Dear Mr. Lucky ([protected]) please you are Requested to do not to Upload the Documents sent to you from Ludhiana by Pawan.for this Connection, That Documents are fordge, In actual I have not any Driving Licence.as per our Conversation



Mr. Pankaj Sharma: - You need to Take the Right Step but on right time otherwise I have to Suffer, Please do not wait for next step from Pawan, He has Already challenged you and Mr. Sandeep Bajaj that He have more capability to do the work Fast, Nobody Know how Fast and Smart he act and work. He is faster then you, Please Push hard convert your Words in action
