s.t.corporation is doing rong with us they just raging us means stall owner i am an owner of general provigen stores, i had 5*5 ft shop & s.t. take approx 7000/- rent of it but now they had takeing 15 % service tax as per act who goes above 8 lakh those people should pay service tax. as per negosiable instrument act no one can take blank signed cheque but s.t. asked for 36 cheques it is very bad. no one take rent before month but s.t. takes rent before month s.t. is doing very bad with us we will just call media for it do some thing for it.

I am a regular traveller through ST bus services. I am travelling to my native from Mumbai using ST buses since my childhood.
Currently I am travelling to Morgaon, Pune for business purpose atleast once in a week.
While I was moving from Jejuri to Morgaon on 08/06/08 at 1.30 P.M. through ST bus, No. MH-12-AQ-8624, I got a very bad experience from the bus conductor. I was asked to pay Rs. 11 as I was not having a change of Rs. 1, paid Rs. 20. Then I asked the conductor to pay me back Rs.9. Then he shroudly told me that I have to carry the change of Rs.1 and it is my mistake that I have not carried the same. Even I suggest to give me that whenever will be available with him during the journey. He immediately replied that It will not be available during journey with confident.
Then I spoke with an elderely person sitting beside me and he told me that the same thing is happening everyday & probabily he is not going to get his 1 Rs. back which conductor suppose to give him today (He paid Rs.10 for ticket of Rs.9 from Jejuri to Mawadi). During the journey shrude behaviour of conductor with other passenger was continued and no body was replying him as most were seem to illiterate.
When Mawadi came, the person beside me was forced to left the bus without getting his money back, reasoned from the conductor that he dont have the change.
When my destination (Morgaon) came, while alighting from the bus I asked conductor to give my 9 Rs. back. He again shrudely told me that he dont have change, either I have to give 1 Rs. to him & then he will give 10 Rs, to me or else I have to forget about money. Then I asked him to give atleast whatever change he had. He offered me 6 Rs. change and asked to forhet Rs. 3. Then I asked him to give his Name and Batch number as I have to complaint about him. He reacted forcefully, asked me to first get down of the bus and told me that he will not give any details of him and asked me to go and do whatever I can do as nothing will make any difference to him. He told me to go to anybody to complaint & he is not bother about such things as such things are happening daily with him. He was too shroud and indiscipline in speaking . Then I told him loosing my patience that he is acting like a begger. then he asked me for the ticket and then he asked 6 Rs. to give back to him and he mentioned on the ticket to pay 9 Rs. to me. Then I argued why he is getting 6 Rs. back from me and writting 9 Rs. to give me back on ticket rather he can write to pay me back Rs.3 balanced. Then the rough started cursing me. He used all the bad words to me he came out of the ST towards me to hit me but one other ST person stop him by doing so. Then he fetch me in the bus like animals and get the bus to Morgaon police station.
In the police station Initially I asked to have complaint about him but as Police man suggest that it will affect me as well and looking in to inconvenience to other passenger I regretted back but asked conductor to write 3 Rs. in place of 9 Rs. Initially he regretted but after policeman insist him then he made the correction (The ticket showing the same is available with me).
Policeman also suggest him that he had to reveal his details to customers whenever they had asked but the roud fellow thereafter didnt give his name. He had mentioned some no. over the ticked under signature which is 52188.
In this case he looted few rupees of the other customers as well his intention was to grab my 9 Rs. aswell as he was knowing that I can not go for such small amount to Baramati to recover it.
This inccident made me thought whether I should travell to ST bus or not?
Requesting you hereby to check the details of the case and give me justice as I suffered from my sociel status and loss of Rs. 3 . According to other people such things are happening regularly. HEnce, requesting MAHAMANDAL to have classes for communication to the conductors so that they can behave in well manner with customers.
