I am the business man that travelling day to day thought out vidharbha and khandesh areas so i m inform your team that there is corruption in your system so please look out this matter in the serious very serious position because your fully corrupted system day to day increasing the driver as well as conductor both are setting with the passengers giving them travelling permission in half rate without giving ticket
so please i m requesting please take some essential decission to save your mahamandal

Really State transport is doing good job for the passengers but it is damaged by some of your conductor & drivers.
My wife is traveling daily through ST bus from Ghugus to Chandrau(Specific green bus YASHAVANT). A lady conductor is behaving very crudely with my wife as well as some of the old people. The language used by lady is very rough and dominating and also insulting infront of other passenger. Some time she has droop down on the road. We like educated people is not debating with this lady conductor but some how it should stop. Now we stop to travel by your service.
We hope that please you consider the issue and sorted out from your end.
Also she has not return the balance amount.

MSRTC — E-ticket cancellation amount not refunded
Dear Sir, I have booked E-ticket from MSRTC Portal from Wardha to Nanded for trevlling date 06.11.2013 and bookin date 02.11.2013. On date 05.11.2013 I have cancelled booking of MSTRC but till date 07.12.2013 my amount is not cleared. Please find the attached ment for more details
