[Resolved] Msrtc — unsuccessful transaction | |||
sir, I booked three tickets from pune (shivajinagar to latur) of date 1 nov 2013. After filling complete form, i selected internet banking through State Bank of India. As soon as i submitted my transaction the money from my account is debited but after some time "Unsuccessful Transaction, Please try again" message is displayed. What should i do to get my money back???? and When will i get back my money???? Please reply me as soon as possible. I tried to book ticket on 20th February, 2015 at around 07:00 PM with following details

The amount Rs. 336.72/- was deducted from my HDFC Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and intimating passenger to print, did not appear.
Also the ticket is not available in My Tickets. The transaction was unsuccessful and yet I didn't get refund as well. Please provide me the refund. Thank you.
