If we are in out of Delhi we will suffer to recharge (prepaid connection) MTNL ,s mobile Phone. Mtnl is not like a other mobile company's of india. They have very shrinked customer service. So the Roaming people Depending to recharge On line Recharging webs. the online Recharger Named Paytm helped me previously to recharge my mobile phone No.[protected]. But Now they collected money from my PNB bank by online banking system And not recharged in my phone. I aware Paytm site is trying to cheat Public .
