[Resolved]  MTS Broadband Internet Connection — COMPLAINT AGAINST MTS BROADBAND INTERNET

Sir/Mam,I am Amarendra kumar. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on 22/11/09 no is [protected].but it is not woring in my house due to poor connectivity .I request to MTS customer care that kindly send some one to rectify this problem ,and wrote a mail to nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in on Thu, Nov 26, 2009 at 3:47 PM. then i got a mail that we will rectify this problem and i got a Complaint number NOV/9029.I got a call form Mr. Rajender mobile no [protected]. he assure that your problem will solve in 10 days but i didn't get solution.then i send 2nd mail on Wed, Dec 2, 2009 at 10:17 AM then i got call from Mr.Lalit Joshi mobile no [protected]. He assure that out network team will visit to your house then one person come to my house and chek the internet connection that its working or not and he told me that i have send the feeback to my senior but i didn't get any solution. I have made payment of 3100 rupees for this connection and monthly recharge is 799. I spoke to customer care and told him that internet is not working in my house and after one month you will disconnect this service if i will not recharge this connection then they told me that we can not do any thing. I want to lodge a complain against MTS. So please, kindly registered my complain and take proper action against MTS .Regards Amarendra kumar [protected], [protected]

sir i have taken MTS internat the range in my area is good but stay it didnot work i useing it 1st time before connecting to computer what sould i do.
***********************BAD CUTOMER CARE SERVICE FOR MTS******************

My connection is continiously getting disconnected. (Working max 15 min).
Try to connect again its not working, saying that modem already in use or sometime no ction happening on connect button. After restarting issue is going. Please fix this issue ASAP.

I tried with another PC also, But giving me the same result. I feel this problem is with the device that provided to us

I've also faced the same problems with MTS Blaze Broadband.

1. While getting the connection, the executive installed the USB modem and did recharge for 999 from website saying it's an unlimited plan. In few days, my balacne showed 0. Came to know that unlimited recharge can be done only at retailer not online. This was done by their authorized executive not me...

2. Everynow & then the broadband stops working, you have spend more than 20 minutes to reach to customer care executive on line because their customer care IVR goofs up while verifying the data card number and you reach to customer care executive after a tough time re-entering your MTS data card number with frustration.

3. After 1.5 months, my broadband stopped working completely. They said my place is 9 KM away from the signals/towers.
a. I don't know how it worked for the first 1.5 months
b. While giving the connection they were dying to give connection & not even informed me that the area doesn't cover the MTS signals

I can see a lot of complains for every chain but not sure if any gets resolved. Anyone has any idea who controls this & take this forward? OR is it just a kind of blog to throw your frustration out...??

I think MTS is a fraud internet company it just gives the connections and than than ready to collect the monthly charges. People please tell everyone than not to take connection from MTS if possible send emals to everyone who you not not to us MTS and everyone should band this internet provider. whenever we call them for complaints they just keep giving some mobile number which are not in use at all. I think we should sue the mobile companies who provide such kind of mobile numbers which are not answered by anyone.

MTS internet service — very slow and connectivity problem

Sir/Mam,I am Jaisingh Deshmukh. I have taken MTS internt broadband connection on12/7/10 no is[protected] .but it is not woring in my house due to poor connectivity . I Called thecustomer care the
person said the complaint cannot be registered as y have no balene. Do
y mean to say only costumers with balance are your costumers and we
are not. We have bought your modem for Rs 2000 so we are your
costumers your Co policy is very bad and Sir the companies tel no if we call takes 30 minits to respond wasting our telephone bill the servisces in Amravati are very bad and they have shown in their TV advertisment that the servie is very fast whih is false. the balance is over by conactivity only. The Co is trying to loot the Consumer by falsly advertising on TV either the Co should stop the advertisment or shpuld not sell MTS internet conection till it has good service
Sir I had complained to the Co on their e mail [protected]@mtsindia.in dated 20.7.10 and 27.7.10 no responce from the Co what should a coustomed do I will not charge my net conection till the Co improves its servie. Which is very bad.

Broadband Connection — wireless connectivity

Dear sir/madam

Few days back i registered for Wirelss Internet connection from ur organization.Your work person also came and connected, but i dont know how to activate wireless connection in my system. So, i made call to ur officer in charge of it SHRI DEVI. Several times i called her and informed about wireless connectivity. But she not at all responding, now she cutting the calls. What is that sir, For new connection ur person not helping u and cutting call. we feel very bad. Kindly request u to do something regarding this.

I have purchased MTS data card (no [protected]) on 13/08/2010 in pune, I am struggling to get it functional. it shows "remote computer did not respond" message on connection. I approached alI the ways to MTS customer care. I am very disappointed by the poor service by MTS customer care centre. Firstly I had to wait for 20 minutes each time to get connected to the techical suport, each time there are promisses to send some one to rectify to my home.
But niether the modem is functional nor some representative has even called me for the problem. Very interesting- I have raised official complaint (compl no: C[protected] for my problem.

I am planning to throw away this USB modem, and will not recommend to any one to go for it.

I have not received any PIN from service provider I am not able to activate my account because there is no pin

i have bought the mts data card and after a week its connectivity is zero i called a twice in the customer care and also complaint in a mts showroom they said they will resolve in 2 days and after 5 days they visited my home but unable to solve the problem.
hello...everybody, , , im agree with all o[censored] ...mts...is the one of the worst service provider they r cheated customers...&also testing customers patience...recently 5 days back i bought a mbrowse usb modem from spencers...there were two sales persons one male and one female...they assure me mts ll give 3.1speed in upcoming 1 (or) 2 months...at present we are giving 144kbps speed now...i was strongly belived them...and bouht it.when i come back to my home see the speed i was shocked...it will take open google page for 20inutes...every day its repeats and repeats...im advising u to people don't buy any thing from mts...
Mts service is horrible and their staff is worst in behavior and damn care to customer satisfaction. They do not attend to the phone calls and tell lie in fact they are bunch of liars.We bought internet connection on 25.6.2010 at CHROMA store at brigade road, Banglore. our connection no. is [protected].Since than our peace of mind has been disturbed by MTS.We submitted all the documents at the time of buying the connection. The store incharge lost the documents and services on our connection were discontinued. We requested every tom and Hardy in MtS and only then afte fighting for 10 days services were restored. We submitted another set of documents including copy of passport, photos and aaddress proof to Mr.Joseph Phone no.[protected].But again services on our number has been discontinued from 31.8.2010.Since than we have contacted Mr.Joseph who on phone has acknowledged to have received the documents and assure us that services would be restored. Now he doesn"t pick our phone. We than contacted Mr. Vijay, Team Leader, ph no.[protected]and [protected]. He also assured to get connection reactivated. Now he also does not picks up the phone. We have requested many times to the customer care but they also do not help. Kindly help us in this matter and strict action should be taken aginst the employees of MTS who are makinf fool of customers and services of MTS should be terminated in INDIA.

mtsinternet — poor service of internet connection

oh my god I have selected a very poor internet service provider which never attends calls at their call centre,wrong person advised me to choose MTS internet service,my MDN no is [protected],my complaint no is 2810, my contact no.s are[protected] & [protected].A resprentative came to attend my complaint at home. I was not at home at that he asked 500/- RUPEES to my son(13 years old) as a bribe to solve the problem but he did not solve the same after taking the money,that Mts company worker mobile no is [protected].I am very surprised to be harrassed

MTS Broadband — BROADBAND DEACTIVATE

Dear Sir,
I am anxious too much for the service of MTS Broadband.
Myself Siddhartha purchased a broadband connection from MTS and my internet no is [protected] but sorry to say that this is one of the poor service I used ever.
To activate Internet connection I produced my documents four times to the concerned office and they missed the documents every times. When I enquire about the progress of my documentation they have told me that we unfortunately missed up your document and you have to produce ones again the said document. This one of the irresponsibility by a reputed co. I did not see ever in a service provider telecom co. This type of negligence forced me to go to the consumer forum
Please help me or suggest me the next course of action.

MTS Broadband — No Connectivity at my home.

Hello MTS,

I have been trying to Use my MTS Braodband from 10th of March 2010.
But unable to do so As the connectivity is so pathetic. that it never stays connected for more than 10 mins.

I got the referance of MTS from my friend on 10th of March 2010 and got a Number of a dealer
Rahul Pawar - and his brother, with contact no's - [protected]/[protected]

When I called him he said he will send a Engg to my home for the testing..
The engg came and said that the connection would work great here,
Then next day:- (12th March)
The person came to my office to collect the documents and said all good things about the connection...

And he gave me the connection..

For installing the smae on my laptop took around 20 days fro them and about 6 different people visited to install it.
At the end I googled the error message and found the reo[censored]ion my self,

After this it never worked and had a pathectic service all together.
It disconnects itself. every now and then.
And the most foolish thing which I did to avoid recharging every now and then,was I recahrged by paying 4000+ rupees. for 6 months...

I have made several complaints till now But this is the one I remember is - C[protected], For which no one came to visit for aroug 1.5 months and then finally shashidhar (Field Engg) visited and said that there is no problem.. And now at the same place I purchased Reliance Net connect and it work Awesome and never disconnected till now.

Please accept my complaint and take relevant action so that I could get my Money back....from MTS Braodband.

Dear Sir / Madam, I am Debasisb Biswas from Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I have purchased MTS Internet Data Card from MEDIA ASSOCIATES, Vasant Kunj on 19th Sept. / 2010 at Rs. 1999 + Rs. 248 to charge the same. My MTS No. is [protected]. After connecting the same with my PC it is not working. When I click on the connect button, it never get connected. Very rearly when it get connected, it gets automatically dis-connected within 1/2 mnts. Looking at this situation, I have spoken 7 times to the customer care to get the problem solver. But still no response. Each & every time, they says that my complaint is under process and I will get phone call from the MTS Help Line. I have also spoken to the Senior executive in the customer care who assured me a lot. But till date no positive respomce. KINDLY ADVICE TO PROCEED FURTHER.
I AGREE AS MTS DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. DESPITE MAKING COMPLAINT FOR SEVERAL TIMES, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THEIR END.-- DEBASISH BISWAS ( [protected] )
