This is to bring to your notice that there is serious unauthorized rooftop construction (on 2nd floor) going on in C4D block Janakpuri which has made the life of the residents miserable.

Mr. R. K. Malhotra r/o C4D / 50C, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110058, is done unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally added the 3rd floor and publicly making a mockery of all building byelaws and MCD regulations.

Local residents of this area have given several warnings to him to stop the unauthorized construction but he has ignored / neglected all such requests and this is causing great threat to the safety of the neighbours as the building structure is very weak. (Crack develop in the flat – 2nd floor)

Such unauthorized construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your good self that immediate action should be taken against him on illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built

Stop all MCD funding and let it be Privatized on Payment on Job done basis
Daily online attendence of their workers.MCD workers were seen only on CWG with full dress and CAP.
Funding to be diverted to RWAs, or other agencies payment to be made after work is completed, like park cleaning and landscaping, Garbage removal from roadside, Controlling Jamadars, Road maintenece etc

What are the Jobs of MCD ???

Top and some juniors staff should be interviewed on TV and Radios with public questions,

What are these MCD dwars on roadside ????

My suggestion to all complainers

Govt, DDA, MCD will do nothing, We have to do it yourself by

Taking personal interest on issues instead of complaining
Donating freely
Supervising the workers, jamadars, rag pickets, chaukidars, Maali, MPs, MLA, Hospitals, MCD funding

Educating people about the latest issues and technologies

What are these old retired people doing in coloney, just serving theirs wives and baby sitting. Watching TV serials ?

Just by donating 5 Rs per week (colony of 500 houses) ( 10000 / month) can get coloney cleaned by ragpickers, jamadars and park maintained.

blockage /overflowing sewages both privately and of M.C.D. .
The dirty water is flowing towards the property no. 881, 880&879
And there is danger of breaking of DENGUE, CHICKENBUNIYA and other epidemics. The copy of letters/complaints was handed over to the
doraga (inspecter) of M.C.D. but he refused to take the copies of complaints and to take appropriate action in the matter for the reason best known to him.

MCD — WORST DRAINAGE SYSTEM

I am staying in SARAI JULLENA from last three years.Sometime i feel that it's a slum area even though it's authorized by MCD but there is no proper drainage system.Every day we are suffering lots of problems due to drainage water over flowing.

MCD — NO CLEANING OF NAILS

Sir,
Through this we want to inform you about the blockage of sewer & naalis outside our shops, i.e. BC block Mangol Puir Indl. Area Ph-II, New Delhi-34.With the result the basements of our shops are leaking and the sealen has built on the walls and there is foul smell. There is no listening from the MCD workers. When there is any inspection of senior then only they clean it up otherwise there is no reaction from their side. When we tell to do the cleaning they demands for the money. For three shops they were demanding for two thousands rupees. Last time (six month ago) we had given them 900 rupees to clean up the naalis of our three shops. You are requested kindly to take immediate action to resolve this problem of sewer.

Property of Mr.Parasher No. E-97 Mahavir Enclave is under demolition to reconstruct the building by the builder which is causing potential chances of accident as after repeated reminders the builder is not taking any precaution while demolishing the structure. This area is highy populated with lot of movement on the road specially children which can lead to major accident any time. Even two days back I have closed escape when a brick fall from the building luckly it landed on my car causing potential damage.
Its my humble request to take this matter seriously to prevent any such accident specially taking in conern for the children.

This is to bring to your notice that is illegal construction being held at House No. 54, Gali Ration Wali, Radhey Shyam Park, (Parwana Road) Delhi-110051

The owner of this property is a B.S.E.S. Officer, and his making 4 story building with basement in this area, we are sending complaint so many times to M.C.D. Geeta Colony office, and M.C.D. Lajpat Nagar Office.
Some M.C.D. Official and Delhi Police Official have taken bribes.

Our problem is illegal construction in the area, everybody having problem, while daily very loudly voice by the Building material trucks, labor, drill machine, stone cutter machine etc.


We are expecting some serious action against the same.
